Ingredients: Organic Peruvian Cacao powder, Organic Coconut Sugar, Brewer's Yeast (From Wheat*), Bovine Hydrolysed collagen peptides, Himalayan pink salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Drink 1 cup a day for a mild effect, and up to 3 cups a day for a full effect.
Suitable in pregnancy or breastfeeding/pumping
HOT CHOCOLATE
1. Warm 1 cup of milk (of your choice, we love oat milk!)
2. Add 1 tablespoon of drinking chocolate, stir until mixed in
3. Sit back and enjoy mama
ICED CHOCOLATE
1. Dissolve 1 tablespoon of drinking chocolate with a small amount of boiling water
2. Chill in fridge until cool
3. Add 1 cup of your choice of cold milk
4. Add ice cubes or ice cream and blitz in blender
5. Sit back and enjoy mama

How long does breast milk last in the fridge?
Breastmilk can be stored for up to 4 days in the fridge. Breastmilk can also be stored for up to 6 months. However, once defrosted any remaining breastmilk will need to be discarded. It is also recommended that all stored milk is correctly labelled and dated before freezing.
How to naturally induce lactation?
Similar to supply, emptying your breast & increasing the demand is the best way to build/induce lactation. It is also encouraged to maintain hydrated, sleep well & increase your diet with lactogenic ingredients (like Lactation Tea, Cookies or Hot Chocolate) to help stimulate supply. By regularly stimulating your supply every 6 hours and increasing the body's fuel of lactogenic ingredients, you should see milk induced within 6-8 weeks.
