Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened oat milk
  • 1 frozen banana, chopped into chunks
  • 1 Tablespoon Lactation Hot Chocolate with Collagen  ( add more for a richer flavour)
  • 1 Tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 Tablespoon old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 Tablespoon peanut butter
  • pinch of ground cinnamon
Method:
  1. Add all of the ingredients to the blender.
  2. Cover and blend on high until smooth. Pour into a glass or bowl and enjoy.
  3. Optional toppings - extra drizzle of peanut butter, banana slices and oats
