We know you need help right now mama, so every Australian order is express post with Toll though our Mail Plus courier so it can reach you as quickly as possible. Expect your order within 1- 2 days, although do allow extra time during peak periods or shutdowns

All orders placed before 11:00 am NSW time are sent the same day.

Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping notifications will be sent when the parcel has been dispatched.

AUSTRALIA
Orders within Australia are sent with Mail Plus in the toll network, they promise 1-2 days delivery anywhere in Australia.  Australian shipping on orders under $80 is a flat rate of $10, all orders are sent express post.

  • Please note: these are guides only. Not all areas of Australia are within he express network so overnight delivery is not alway guaranteed

INTERNATIONAL - NEW ZEALAND  & USA ONLY
We use DHL ecommerce to get your orders to you as fast as possible.

NZ express shipping flat rate $18.50. Shipping times are approx 3-5 business

USA express shipping flat rate $43.05. Shipping times are approx 4-6 business

Due to new covid" fees and charges" and reduced international flights international rates have increased dramatically. We apologise to our customers and are only on-forwarding the fees direct from DHL. 

  • We do not take responsibility for any delays and extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer

Authority To Leave
If you have not given authority to leave the parcel, and if you are not at home to receive your delivery a delivery attempt notice will be left and your order will be left at your local post office for collection.

Delivery Conditions
Once a delivery has been picked up by the courier, it is no longer our responsibility. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us if an order has not arrived.

Please only contact us once you have made contact with the courier and they have unsuccessfully found your parcel. We will then contact the courier to investigate further.
