We are located in Australia. All orders sent in Australia are sent express using our premium network service MailPlus.

We want our customers to know delivering their tea and products as fast as possible is our highest priority. We use a premium toll service that normally delivered anywhere in Australia in 1-2 days.
We have been advised by Toll that due to extremely high volume and pressures on the network from covid restrictions they are seeing delays into Metro Sydney and Melbourne. They are working urgently to get through the backlog as fast as possible.
We appreciate your understanding and know we are doing everything to get your orders to you as fast as possible. Please reach out to our customer service team for any support.

We know you need help right now mama, so every Australian order is express post with Toll though our Mail Plus courier so it can reach you as quickly as possible. Expect your order within 1- 2 days, although do allow extra time during peak periods or shutdowns.

All orders placed before 11:00 am NSW time are sent the same day.

Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping notifications will be sent when the parcel has been dispatched.

AUSTRALIA - sent express with Toll network
Orders within Australia are sent with Mail Plus in the toll network, they promise 1-2 days delivery anywhere in Australia.  Australian shipping on orders under $80 is a flat rate of $10, all orders are sent express post.

  • Please note: these are guides only. Not all areas of Australia are within he express network so overnight delivery is not alway guaranteed

INTERNATIONAL - sent with DHL ecommerce

We currently ship to USA up to 500g 

Approximate Shipping Times 6 Business days- longer for non metro areas

    Authority To Leave
    If you have not given authority to leave the parcel, and if you are not at home to receive your delivery a delivery attempt notice will be left and your order will be left at your local post office for collection.

    Delivery Conditions
    Once a delivery has been picked up by the courier, it is no longer our responsibility. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us if an order has not arrived.

    Please only contact us once you have made contact with the courier and they have unsuccessfully found your parcel. We will then contact the courier to investigate further.

    Please note delivery time frames cannot be guaranteed. In some instances, it is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.
