I find a huge difference in my baby if I miss my daily tea. I have 1-2 cups a day and it makes a huge difference to her being much more settled and able to pass her wind naturally.
I love this hot chocolate! It's is so tasty and decadent. I have a mug at night and I look forward to it all day! Delicious!
