🍓Lactation Strawberry Matcha
A creamy, sweet, antioxidant-rich lactation drink with a boost of organic lactation matcha and real strawberries for the perfect mama pick-me-up.
Ingredients:

1 tsp Lactation Matcha Latte Powder

¾ cup milk of your choice (almond, oat, coconut, or dairy)

¼ cup hot water (around 80°C — not boiling)

3–4 fresh strawberries, hulled

1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup (optional)

A few ice cubes (if serving iced)
Optional Toppings:

Fresh strawberry slices

A sprinkle of matcha powder

Coconut flakes or collagen powder
Instructions:

Blend the strawberries:
In a blender, combine the fresh strawberries and honey/maple syrup. Blend until smooth. -
Make your matcha:
In a small bowl, whisk The Breastfeeding Tea Co Lactation Matcha Latte with hot water until frothy and smooth. -
Assemble:
Pour the strawberry puree into your glass first.
Add ice (for iced version), then gently pour in your milk of choice.
Slowly pour the whisked matcha on top to create beautiful layers of pink and green. -
