FAQ
How long does it take for lactation tea to work?
Our Lactation Tea typically takes between 1-3 days to start to take effect. It is best to start with 3 cups per day, after feeds to replenish the supply. Once the supply has increased, the number of cups can be reduced to maintain.
When should I start drinking lactation tea?
Lactation Tea can be consumed from birth, and taken throughout your breastfeeding journey, as a way to not only increase supply but maintain it also.

As a second time mum but a first time bf mum, I've always struggled with low supply. I wish I found this tea when I was pumping for my first baby. This time around, I pump once a day and bf the rest. The output after drinking this tea is such a difference. I've ordered a second time now and will continue until I stop bf.
I don’t enjoy this tea. I drink herbal tea every day, I like herbal tea generally. The flavour of this is not great, it’s not totally awful, it’s drinkable, but I don’t like it. It’s also quite expensive at over $1 per serve for tea. But still I’m here. Again. Buying more. AGAIN. Because it f***ing WORKS. I’ve tried everything. EVERYTHING! Diets, pumping schedules, supplements, prescription medications, the lot! This tea is by far the most effective supply booster I have found. I don’t understand how, but my supply goes up by about triple whenever I drink this friggin tea. So yes. I’m annoyed. I’m annoyed it doesn’t taste nice. I’m annoyed it’s so expensive. I’m annoyed at how insanely effective it is. But most of all I’m annoyed that I didn’t find it earlier in my breastfeeding journey.
This is my 2nd purchase and I have noticed an increase of my supply since drinking this tea everyday. It also has a pleasant taste.
Wow! After having some issues with my baby breastfeeding I had a low supply. After drinking the tea throughout the day and chai latte in the evening I saw a difference in just 2 days! My supply has increased 20-30mls and I can confidently pump knowing my bubs is getting extra nutrients from a boost in supply.
I love this tea, it's a little treat I look forward to since the flavour is great. I feel like the days I have it it helps with hydration which in turn helps with supply.
