INSTRUCTIONS

Drink 1 cup a day

Suitable in pregnancy or breastfeeding/pumping

MATCHA LATTE

• Add 5 grams (1.5 teaspoons) to a little hot water or milk of choice. Stir to combine, then add hot milk to make 200 mL.
• Sit back and enjoy mama

ICED MATCHA LATTE

• Dissolve 1.5 teaspoons with a small amount of boiling water
• Chill in fridge /freezer until cool
• Add ice to a glass, then add your milk of choice.
• Lastly, pour in the matcha.

Authority To Leave
If you have not given authority to leave the parcel, and if you are not at home to receive your delivery a delivery attempt notice will be left and your order will be left at your local post office for collection.

How long does breast milk last in the fridge?

Breastmilk can be stored for up to 4 days in the fridge. Breastmilk can also be stored for up to 6 months. However, once defrosted any remaining breastmilk will need to be discarded. It is also recommended that all stored milk is correctly labelled and dated before freezing.
